Block Evasion: Any user who circumvents a block, ban, or IP restriction on any platform, account, or communication method operated by or on behalf of alice0o qualifies as engaging in online harassment.
Obsessive Contact: Any user who engages in obsessive, repeated, and targeted communication toward alice0o, regardless of platform or account history, qualifies as engaging in online harassment.
Such activity will be documented and, in accordance with applicable law, may be forwarded to the user’s Internet Service Provider (ISP) or, in serious cases, law enforcement in the offending user’s jurisdiction.
