NOTICE OF REVOCATION OF CONSENT, UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, AND ABUSIVE CONDUCT
This website and all associated systems, services, infrastructure, and resources (collectively, the “Site”) are privately operated and provided subject to limited, revocable permission for lawful, non-abusive access only.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Site operator has implemented technical access controls, including but not limited to IP-based blocking, filtering, and rate-limiting mechanisms, for the purpose of preventing unwanted, excessive, or disruptive access.
Despite these measures, access attempts have been detected that persist after denial, including repeated requests resulting in blocked or banned responses. Such conduct demonstrates actual knowledge that access is unauthorized.
Accordingly:
Any consent to access this Site is expressly revoked for any person, entity, or automated system that:
Continues to initiate requests after receiving blocked, banned, or denied responses;
Attempts to bypass, evade, or test technical access controls;
Repeatedly accesses the Site in a manner intended to disrupt analytics, traffic integrity, system performance, or operator attention; or
Persists in access after clear notice that such access is unwanted.
Any continued access under these conditions is unauthorized and may constitute, depending on applicable law:
Trespass to digital property or trespass to chattels;
Unauthorized access or misuse of computer systems;
Abusive or harassing conduct where a pattern of intent to disrupt or burden is established.
The Site operator documents and preserves logs and technical evidence of access attempts, including timestamps, request patterns, and access control responses, for the purpose of enforcing rights and remedies.
The Site operator expressly reserves all rights and remedies available at law or in equity, including but not limited to:
Continued or expanded technical blocking;
Referral to hosting providers, network operators, or abuse desks;
Civil claims arising from unauthorized, disruptive, or abusive access;
Cooperation with lawful investigative or judicial authorities where legally appropriate.
This notice is published to provide actual notice, eliminate any claim of mistake or implied permission, and establish a clear record that continued access is knowing, unwanted, and unauthorized.
GEOGRAPHIC RESTRICTION AND REVOCATION OF CONSENT
Without limitation to the foregoing, access to this Site is expressly unauthorized for any person, entity, or automated system initiating requests that originate from, are routed through, or are reasonably geolocated to:
The State of California, USA
Any such access is deemed non-consensual and unauthorized, regardless of whether technical controls fully prevent delivery of content.
Any continued access attempts originating from these geographic locations after publication of this notice, including attempts that result in blocked or denied responses, constitute knowing access after revocation of consent and may be treated as evidence of unauthorized, abusive, or harassing conduct, depending on applicable law.
USE OF VPNs, PROXIES, AND APPARENT VS. ACTUAL LOCATION
For the avoidance of doubt, use of a virtual private network (VPN), proxy service, relay, or other anonymization or routing mechanism does not restore or create consent to access this Site.
Where access attempts originate from IP addresses geolocated within the United States but exhibit patterns consistent with anonymization, relay, or location masking, the Site operator reserves the right to assess access based on apparent, inferred, or previously observed geographic origin, including but not limited to historical access patterns and technical indicators.
Accordingly:
Any person whose actual or habitual location is within the State of California, USA, and who continues to initiate access attempts—directly or indirectly—after publication of this notice, is deemed to have actual notice that such access is unauthorized.
Routing access through a VPN or similar service does not negate prior notice, does not reinstate consent, and does not defeat the inference of knowledge or persistence where access attempts continue after denial.
Continued access attempts under these circumstances, including those resulting in blocked or banned responses, may be treated as knowing, unwanted, and unauthorized conduct, regardless of whether content is successfully delivered.
This Site relies in good faith on a combination of IP geolocation, access history, and network characteristics to assess the nature and origin of access attempts. Deliberate efforts to obscure location are treated as evidence of intent to evade access controls, not as a basis for renewed permission.
No waiver of rights is intended or implied.
